Specifically, it outlines the types of information that we gather about you while you are using www.iamuniversity.org, www.totalenlightenmentstore.com, www.totalenlightenmentcoaching.com (the “Sites”) and the ways in which we use this information.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By visiting and using the Sites, you agree that your use of our Sites, and any dispute over privacy, is governed by this Privacy Policy. Because the Web is an evolving medium, we may need to change our Privacy Policy at some point in the future, in which case we’ll post the changes to this Privacy Policy on this website and update the Effective Date of the policy to reflect the date of the changes. By continuing to use the Sites after we post any such changes, you accept the Privacy Policy as modified.
Collection of Information
We collect two pieces of personal data: (1) your name, and (2) email address, when you voluntarily submit it. These two pieces of information are collected when a visitor requests to be added to our email newsletter. The information you provide is only used to fulfill your specific request of signing up for our email newsletter. In addition, we may need to contact you by email if there is a technical error or a data incident and we need to contact you to protect your data or as otherwise required by law.
If you place an order in our online store https://www.totalenlightenmentstore.com, sensitive personal identifiying information may be collected, such as address and telephone number. Credit card information is not collected nor stored by us, but when you enter credit card information as part of placing an order in our online store, that data is encrypted by our payment processor (see below, Commitment to Data Security).
Data Erasure Requests
All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings. Each email newsletter contains a “one-click” unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter. In addition, if you decide that in addition to unsubscribing you want to have all of your personal data erased, we provide that option at your request. Please simply visit https://www.iamuniversity.org/contact/. In your message, please write: “Please erase all my personal data.” We will follow up promptly with an email requesting confirmation. This is to ensure that the owner of the email address entered in the request form in fact made that request. Once you confirm, we will promptly erase all your data and follow up with an email confirming erasure has been completed or indicating the exception below.
